Milestone core_800_with_gsm

This milestone marks the basic support for the key features of the M800/X800 device, such as

• GSM telephony (voice call) support
• USB ethernet support (for ssh, remote gdb, etc.)
• GPS support (no AGPS yet)
• Bluetooh support (just verify BlueZ works)
• LED support
• GPIO buttons
• Ability to run Kdrive on the unaccelerated framebuffer
• Basic Audio playback support for ringtone speaker

We also want to provide a basic FSO sdcard image for demonstration purpose of the hardware features.

• The kernel image will still be booted via haret from WinMobile?
• The rootfs will still be on microSD.
