Tool to communicate with the bootloader for flashing, etc

Description

We need to reverse engineer the USB protocol used for communication with the bootloader. Some commandline tool that uses libusb should do the trick once we understand the protocol. (At OpenEZX we have boot_usb for this).

It should allow us to upload a kernel intto ram and execute it. Faster kernel testing then over windows mobile and haret. It also should allow us to flash the device.

We would like to replace the testystem with a bootloader that starts linux and rootfs from SD. And later we would also like to flash the device using the original bootloader as bootstrap.
